My co-worker is using 7.202 at home, and his home-user license is about to expire.
Unfortunately, he no longer has the email address he used to create the license, so I suggested he create a new account on my.astaro.com and get a new license.
After uploading the license, the firewall logs him out.
Logging back in, the firewall now says "license expired", and uploading the license again keeps failing.
my.astaro.com says the new license is a v7 license.
Is this a bug?
What is the solution?
