I have used myastaro for new support cases.
We have support level silver, next im reading that only our supplier can help us. Hmm so euh what do i need to do to get support from astaro?!?!?
For example i report that a download screen is not showing the url when download is completed in version 7.007. Just an example.
my supplier is telling me to report this trough myastaro.
Same thing white daily spam report i want that there is an option in how often this is send..... 1 until unlimited. Or Just send a report when spam is recieved.
Or just turn it off... just give options.... ASL V6 had more options then V7.
Also in V6 i was able to schedule up2date V7 option gone... etc.
I have more off these which i think is usefull to use.
I hope some can tell me what todo.
