Astaro, Anybody Home?

Dear Astaro,

We have purchased a ASG-110 for a customer (1YR Gold support is included)... but after 24h...no answer yet...

Ok...it was not a vital question... but still...

  • In the end this is what happened:

    My issue was answered from the astaro partner in switzerland about 3 days later... in the mean time I had contacted Astaro that replied in about 2 days...

    I would say that in this case, the gold support was not honored 
    (guaranteed answer in 4 hours).

    Let's see next time [:)]

    What I understood is that the first level support should be given from the partner...and if they cannot answer, they should pass it on to astaro itself...

    Anyway, in one way or the other...the problem was solved... interesting to know... 50% of the problem was solved by the partner...and 50% by the forum [;)]
