I ordered the virus protection option for my small network but I am unable to log on. I get an error stating either a wrong password has been entered or I have cookies disabled. I did enter the propor password and cookies are enabled in I.E. I emailed the support center but I have heard nothing as of yet. I also filled in my email address so I can reset my password 2 hours ago and no reply with new password. Any help will be appreciated,
