SSO Webadmin

What Version is the UTM / ASG you are trying to access running?  My understanding is that UTM-M4 will not work with SSO login for ASG 8.3xx devices and earlier, will only work with UTM 9 devices.

ACC SSO is supposed to work for ASG versions 7 and 8 and UTMv9.

The difference between ASG 7/8 and UTM 9 is that in UTM 9 the username from the ACC is passed to the UTM, such that you are logged into the UTM as the same user you were on ACC.

This user is also marked as being from ACC, such that someone with username 'admin' from ACC is distinguished from someone with username 'admin' on the UTM.



sammoe, did you change the default roles on your UTM? There is a role AUDITOR, when the machine is installed. Is is possible that you changed this role?
Are you trying to login as admin or auditor?

Thanks for the clarification regarding SSO... I could have sworn that SSO to V8 instances was broken (on purpose)... guess not [:)]

I get this exact error when I attempt to attach to UTM9 boxes.  When I attach to the ASGv8.*** it works fine.

I dont have any users under the Auditor setting, Management | WebAdmin Settings | Access Control.

Any other ideas?
