[9.194][DUPE] SUM not working anymore

please do a search and you will find two other threads on the subject.

I suspect from your error you have something else wrong. A new version of SUM will be released to beta in March.
I think I see part of your problem, you signature shows ACC v2, version is 4.1

Ian, thanks for your answer. We use the current SUM 4.103, fixed my signature! [;)]

I did a search and found the two threads, but both are able to login to their SUM which we can't anymore. We get a backend connection failed error because the accd is always dying.

The latest SUM release is SUM 4.104. We've fixed a connectivity problem in this release. Please consider to install the up2date.

However, based on the error message from your accd.log and the fact, that you've recently updated to UTM 9.194, I assume that your problem is related to this one.

I guess you had configured a site-to-site VPN using SUM, right?

just updated to 4.104 but still the same problem.

Yes I had VPNs configured. Anything you can do to fix this? I'm unable to access 69 UTMs of my customers.

thanks for your feedback. I've discussed your problem with my colleague and we think, that as a result of the connectivity bug, your SUM has ended up with an inconsistent database. I'll sent you contact details via PM to do further investigation on your machine.
