Hi, 
I have received the following questions from a customer who is about to use Sophos Cloud, please can you assist by answering?

- Once I implement will this migrate over to my primary subscription without any issues?

-Also are there step by step automated uninstall strip instructions for current sophos current without manually uninstalling?

    Hi Rachel,

    I'm not sure if I understood these questions correctly, but I will try answering them as good as I can.

    1. This is just an early beta with a trial subscription and there certainly will be a lot of changes in all parts of the application, so I don't think it would make sense converting a trial customer into a real subscription yet.

    2. Does this mean, the customer wants to replace sav-clients in his productive environment to sophos cloud?

    Please read https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/88/t/66048 again. At the moment Sophos cloud should only be used for testing e.g. by in a virtual machine. We will provide migration paths, but currently there is no documentation available.

    Hi,
    one additional note: as the feature set of our cloud product is different from what e.g. SEC currently provides there are certain restrictions to the automated uninstallation. Since today's update, the installer that we use will uninstall previous Sophos installers if only the SAV component has been used. If other components are used in addition, it will not automatically be removed.
