What would you like to inform the "user" of, that their own portal should somehow be used "correctly?". Not understanding that one wingman, if you have a moment, can you provide me an idea of the use-case and the problem which adding a TOS to the user portal would solve for you?
I was always in favour of banners. I am sure you've heard the famous example-orginal ruling came from a Canadian court- where a hacker gained access to a coporations router but the charges were dropped because the banner configured on the routers was found to be welcoming.
Since we are providing the users to enable banner (even though it is TOS) it is essential to provide the option to do so on the user portal as well since someone logging the portal can gain valuable information such as vpn services running on ASG, certificate and so on
Yeah, common here in Australia to plaster everything with, "Authorised use only, you may only use this blah blah as stated in Corporate Policy blah blah and so on ad nauseum.)
