[8.163][FEATURE][NOT A BUG] Terms of use

Hi All

I can't find the relevant info on the release notes,so here we are :

enabling the "Terms of Use" is not affecting the user portal. Is that intentional?

Yeah, common here in Australia to plaster everything with, "Authorised use only, you may only use this blah blah as stated in Corporate Policy blah blah and so on ad nauseum.)
