What Revision of ASG 110/120 appliance is this (the Revision number is on the bottom label of newer appliances)?
Which ISO did you use (I assume you meant install from ISO, not upgrade) -- filename will help.
What was the nature of the failure? Did you connect a monitor and see what the error(s) were?
I believe I see the problem; in the messages file, it shows where the ASG Appliance model detection script runs, but can't find any matches... the closest match is:

The problem appears to be that your HD is a model they didn't account for in the script... I'm sure someone from Astaro will be along to look at this. the HD model installed in your unit is a 'Hitachi HTE54501' ... hence the mismatch. The serial number is in the message file too, so it does look like it's an OEM drive (not a replacement).
we assume it fails because there is a different HDD installed than expected. Could you please post the output of the command 'hwinfo --disk' executed on the root shell?
