What Revision of ASG 110/120 appliance is this (the Revision number is on the bottom label of newer appliances)?
Which ISO did you use (I assume you meant install from ISO, not upgrade) -- filename will help.
What was the nature of the failure? Did you connect a monitor and see what the error(s) were?
