Cannot get Captive Portal to function

I've followed the directions in the document "How to configure SSL VPN remote access" and cannot connect to the Captive Portal, it simply does not load at all (cannot be reached).

I've changed the port number and restarted the firewall several times with no luck.

I can get to the Admin page with no issue.

Anyone have any ideas what I might be missing?

    Joe,

    make sure to configure a top firewall rule where "match know user and show captive portal to unknow users" are checked.

    Captive portal works on 8090 by default.

    You can change captive portal settings under Authentication > Services.
