I am not sure exactly how to take a snapshot of firewall rules and web/application filter... here is an image of the issue and an XML file of firewall / Filter configurations. Please let me know where I can find the info you need if this doesn't suffice. Thanks

Looking at the shared screenshot, I see that you are trying to generate reports for Users. Do you authenticate Users through the XG firewall? If no authentication mechanism is configured try to generate reports based on IP Address.
Any help?
I am not authenticating users through the firewall but nothing changes if I set it for IP address, no matter what settings I use the report is empty.
Take SSH to the XG and go to option 4. Device Console. Verify, if the on-box-reporting is set ON. Execute the following commands:
1. show on-box-reports
2. set on-box-reports on
After setting the this ON, check if the reports appear after an interval of an hour.

"on-box-reports" were set to on, and after completing the command and waiting to check the reports, they were still blank. I should point out that it seems to only be custom reports not populating and I can't seem to get any Web reports at all.
