XG125 Custom reports not populating

I have logging turned on with every element but when I try and view a custom report nothing is there "No Records Found". I am running version (SFOS 16.05.3 MR-3), am I missing something?

  • Take SSH to the XG and go to option 4. Device Console. Verify, if the on-box-reporting is set ON. Execute the following commands:

    1. show on-box-reports

    2. set on-box-reports on

    After setting the this ON, check if the reports appear after an interval of an hour.
