Client Authentication Agent disconnects each firewall rules changes

Hi All,

I have finally managed to reproduce the reported instance once again! Yes, SAA (Sophos authentication agent) faces disconnection when any configuration change is made within the User Firewall Rule. As per my previous post on this thread, the issue is related with the ping pong communication. Ping-Pong communication breaks when there is a change inside a rule, reason why XG terms the user as inactive and throws disconnection.

I have escalated the issue and trying to get an update on this asap.

I have also opened a case on this issue with support. We were told that it was going to be tested and escalated if they could duplicate the issue.

Hi Dave,

The behavior is reported in NC-5322. Our development team is working on a fix. Unfortunately, I do not have any update about when the fix will be completed.
