Sophos XG firewall not ping Airtel Gateway with Static IP

Hi,

please post a copy of your wan setup, masking your ip address. Also XG firmware version and hardware.

its simple static IP setup on Port 2 while installing thats all

In addition to rfcat, kindly check your Firewall rules and log viewer to verify.

That answer is not very helpful, is it in the range the isp would expect?

It is, becuase the only problem with Sophos XG firewall not with UTM9.7 

Which means you have not setup the WAN interface correctly.

actually i have setup correctly, i have found thats the known issues  Sophos Firewall: ISP Gateway Fluctuation  when 

• Run the command --> system diagnostics utilities arp ping source <WAN_IP> interface <WAN Interface> <gateway IP> i keep run this command its working perfectly always

Thank you. Do you have the wan link monitor configured?

usually in my case the XG requires a restart, sometimes I get lucky and just saving the wan fixes the issue.

same here But its seems Bugs for me,
