Sophos XG firewall not ping Airtel Gateway with Static IP

Hi, 
 I am using Sophos XG firewall with Airtel ISP static IP now, when I am configuring Sophos XGS firewall OS its not pinging gateway even. But i have tested with old sonicwall firewall its no issues, even Sophos UTM 9.0 has no issues like this, Kindly provide solution asap.

Hey Partha Goswami , As discussed and confirmed, we have successfully applied the arp script for the the Port1 Airtel ISP !

Thank you for reaching out to the community, this looks like an issue with the arp ping.
system diagnostics utilities arp ping interface Port<no> <gateway ipaddress>

See if you receive the unicast reply, if yes then we can apply a arp script of that interface !

It is active again, it is just after the suggested failover rule we need to save the gateway in order to reflect ! and again it was just the cosmetic, in the backend it is up and running. And now it is reflecting green as normal !
