Clicking on these links will not load the page just give me a certificate error (see above)

there appears to be a problem with the Sophos server security settings. Fails to pass secure testing at connection stage on my mac using safari.

You might need to create a web or ssl/tls exception for this site.

Next trick is how to bring it to Sophos' attention and get it fixed?

Upon our conversation, you’re still not using any Sophos device on your network and are accessing the site directly thru your ISP. Upon testing this is an issue with the said site and not on your side.  I'll check the said site with our internal team.

The email you should receive from Sophos Home is the following, I clicked on all of the links and none takes me to the URL you’re mentioning, so we would like to take a look at the email you received, feel free to share it via DM with me or Erick.
