Your connection is not private

I've Just installed the home version of the firewall. I'm new to all of this so I need the guide. I have to say the Sophos website is quite hard to find things in!

The email i received with the code has links to guides but every time i click on the link i get the following error:

Your connection is not private

Attackers might be trying to steal your information from url9161.sophos.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). Learn more

NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID

Something to do with your SSL certificate?

I've tried:
Different browsers: Chrome, Brave, Firefox IE,
I've tried clearing my cache and Incognito/Private windows.

I cant find the page or a guide on your actual (quite convoluted) website either.

Any ideas? Really shouldn't have to go through all this to just install your software!

    Can you share the email you are talking about, so we can determine what the URL you’re being redirected to is supposed to be?

    The email you should receive from Sophos Home is the following, I clicked on all of the links and none takes me to the URL you’re mentioning, so we would like to take a look at the email you received, feel free to share it via DM with me or Erick.
