Sophos XGS V19.5 - Custom report scheduler mailing issue

Hi,

how  long has this been going on for? Change you time from 24 to 01. The XG reports system has trouble with time. The data will still be the same just the report will arrive one or so hours later.

Thanks for the fast response. If i change it to 1 hour i get the mail every hour on the hour - i just need it once a day after midnight.

the reporting system does not handle time zones very well,

The issue has nothing to do with timezones in the XG, just how the reporting system handles time zones.

FYI - i never recieved the 9am scheduled report either. Will change to 10am and update result. Thanks.

Update: No 10am report either. I will restart firewall at end of day and report back. Thanks for the assists so far.

Can you share the support access id in PM, I would just like to check the logs on the appliance for any suspicious lines/errors !

Hey Greg, I checked it looks okay. But what you can do is as following:

> You can delete the existing scheduled reports 
> Create a new one and then wait.

As the working is as following:

> I can see from the backend that the repeat job from the backend is already set.
> "   REPEATJOB   [ 0 00 10 * * 1-6    ] Tue Jan 24 10:00:00 2023 "
> So at 10 it will trigger the event.
> Then based on the data size it will some time in accumulating the data 
> Once done, it will trigger for an email 
> then you'll receive it.

this worked thanks - the time stamp on the report is still off by 2 hours but at least only one email now as per schedule. Thanks for the help.
