Sophos XGS V19.5 - Custom report scheduler mailing issue

Hi,

how  long has this been going on for? Change you time from 24 to 01. The XG reports system has trouble with time. The data will still be the same just the report will arrive one or so hours later.

Thanks for the fast response. If i change it to 1 hour i get the mail every hour on the hour - i just need it once a day after midnight.

And help us validate whether or not did you receive the report once daily at 9:00 am ?

it has been literally 20 min since i made the change as per your pic and i recieved a report via email - 30 min before 9am? The firewall time is correct and i get my daily backup email correctly. I will advise on the next email closer to 9am.

something odd on the report attachment is the time stamp - 2 hour difference than my current time zone:

On the CLI, select option 5. Device Management, then option 3. Advanced Shell
Can you execute the following command to check the date and time frame: 

#date 

And try using the using the Option Use custom NTP server with the following mentioned on the site - https://www.pool.ntp.org/zone/za

The issue has nothing to do with timezones in the XG, just how the reporting system handles time zones.
