Hi Team
We are using Sophos AP100C Access Points in our office
We are facing the below issues
- Google Meetings are getting dropped (you lost your network connection. Trying to Reconnect)
- Getting Pocket loss
- Wi-Fi disconnection
Sophos AP100C Access points are out of support,
Does this look like an ISP issue or a WiFi AP issue??
Kindly help with this

And AP 100c last date willl 31-DEC-2023. we suggest that you consider managing your AP 100C model in Sophos Central. This is possible at no extra cost for any number of access points.

Hey Praveen Kumar13,
To diagnose the drops in the network it will require to troubleshoot on the AP100C as well as on the SFOS with the debug enabled, so would request you to log a support service request !!
Meanwhile you can try re-configuring the AP on SFOS or on Sophos Central as suggested and check out if the issue still persist !!
