Sophos AP100C Access Points issues

Question

Hi Team 
 We are using Sophos AP100C Access Points in our office 
 We are facing the below issues 
 - Google Meetings are getting dropped ( you lost your network connection. Trying to Reconnect ) 
 - Getting Pocket loss 
 - Wi-Fi disconnection 
 Sophos AP100C Access points are out of support, 
 Does this look like an ISP issue or a WiFi AP issue?? 
 Kindly help with this

Hey Praveen Kumar13 , To diagnose the drops in the network it will require to troubleshoot on the AP100C as well as on the SFOS with the debug enabled, so would request you to log a support service request !! Meanwhile you can try re-configuring the AP on SFOS or on Sophos Central as suggested and check out if the issue still persist !!
