Feedback Button Internet Connectivity

Hi,

when I try to use the "Feedback" button I get the following message:

Hint: Internet is working. Slight smile

Any ideas where to lock for it? Or maybe which interface / ip / host etc. is used to provide the feedback feature?

    In my case too it is working below is the version of the browser, have to try with multiple system with multiple browser by clearing cache and history ?

    Please Go to System-->Admininstration --->Backup and Firmware -->Firmware and share the status of the firmware shown on GUI

    I was able to solve the problem. I tried the feedback button from our admin machine, which is isolated from the internet (also tried with temporary internet access, no success).

    I opened the admin portal temporary for my workstation and was able to submit the feedback.
