Registration error

when trying to add a Sophos XG firewall to Sophos Central? I receive the Error ID: XG-00151  no Tracking Id, just displays ...

    Please share current status of the license, time and Default Certificate under System -->Admininstration-->Licensing | Time 

    Can you try the following steps from the advance shell:
    ================
    Step1: central-register --status
    Step2: central-register --unregister
    =================
    And then try again the registration process - along side run the tail -f /log/centralmanagement.log logs

  • Hi, I have the same error.

    I have perform your steps but I got nothing on the centralmanagement.log

    the file licensing.log shows this message: Device must be activated and registered"
