XG blocking Firefox Address Bar Search Engine Google after some time

Do you use the Sophos Endpoint as well? Does Google work? 

Yes we are using Sophos Endpoints with XDR aswell. In Firefox the Search Engine google works fine for the first 5-10 searches but then its going to hang and the only way how to unstuck it would be to restart the firefox or use a bookmark and hope its running fine again.

Firewall = Sophos XGS 4500 Security Appliance

Firmware = 18.5.3 MR-3

sounds like a familiar issue with the endpoint, eventually in combination with the HTTPS Decryption certificate on the firewall.

You would see this, when the Endpoints install IPS/NTP updates. Check the logs on that side.

Currently our Firefox is sometimes just hanging on google search and takes about one minute to show something.
