User cant connect with Sophos VPN Client

Adding to what Bharat and Jprusch have mentioned, try redownloading the configuration for this user, to rule out an issue with the certificate.

I have already tried downloading the configuration again, but no difference....

can you please post the screenshots here without putting them in docx please? I would'nt open such files.

Please share the SSL VPN Policy snapshot that shows you have added the users on the existing VPN Policy and try by redownloading the configuration for the same user and checked with other Windows System as well 

Please share the logs from Sophos Client, as I am suspecting issue from system end.

The users belong to open group and and have no special policy assigned.
I have tried the configuration on different machines but same problem:

This is only one user who have this problem.
The screenshot from above is the one show logs in the sophos connect client

Try to define a new group and assign this new group to your VPN-Policy, then move the users to this new group. Then test VPN access again.
