User cant connect with Sophos VPN Client

I have already tried that. And it works for other users. 
This is for one user only who have this problems.

Is that particular user a member of the group for that SSL VPN Policy?

I mean, is he member of the group showing up in " Identity / Policy members" list inside that VPN profile?

It actually doesnt matter if the user belongs to ssl policy or not.
