You must enter a unique MAC address in mapping list error message

Hi Abdel Razak MOULIOM MOUNTAPBEME: Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos community team. The mentioned error may appear if any of the MAC addresses in static DHCP entry is already present in any of the DHCP servers configured on the XG device. If you have validated for such MAC duplication in all DHCP servers added on XG and still error is appearing then you may check  CSC.log, applog.log during error time and if no clue then would suggest opening Support case to have next investigation.

Thanks alot for your assistance.

I followed your advice by going to the log viewer to have an idea of what is wrong with my Network > DHCP settings.

However, I couldn't find the high availability logs (for applog.log) and other logs (for csc.log).

Any other solution for me or should I request for a support case.
