HP Printers Not Receiving an IP Address

Question

Hello, I recently set up a XGS 126 sophos box in my office. 
 
 My 2 HP printers, M604 and M602 will not receive an IP Address. They just have 0.0.0.0 
 
 I have a feeling the new Sophos box is to blame, but I have no idea how to fix it so they can get an IP Address. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks, I just got them to work. I did a factory reset on the printers and they acquired the IP instantly and it worked! Don't know why i didnt try that to begin with...
