HP Printers Not Receiving an IP Address

Please check DHCP request is coming from your printer or not check with below command and please share the output : 

console>tcpdump ‘port 67 or 68

Have you set up a DHCP server on their subnet on the Sophos? (Or do you have an existing DHCP server and are not using the Sophos.)

Thanks, I just got them to work. I did a factory reset on the printers and they acquired the IP instantly and it worked! Don't know why i didnt try that to begin with...
