Unable to get Google's Duo chat app to function externally. I have all ports and services open to test it, and while it will connect, there is no audio or video. Ideas?

Hi, on my system that where scanning control is. Also what protocols does Duo use, if https you will need to either build a rule or any exception for that URL. Ian

do you have scanning of video and audio enabled?

That setting isn't appearing under Web > General Settings > Advanced. Is there somewhere else I should be looking?

Note that I'm not having any issues with Apple FaceTime or Zoom.

That is a very good question, as documentation on Google Duo appears to be pretty sparse.
