That setting isn't appearing under Web > General Settings > Advanced. Is there somewhere else I should be looking?

Note that I'm not having any issues with Apple FaceTime or Zoom.

Also what protocols does Duo use, if https you will need to either build a rule or any exception for that URL.

That is a very good question, as documentation on Google Duo appears to be pretty sparse.
