Hi Rodney Smith ,
Please get the IMAP configuration for outlook from your office 365 from the Administrator and check.
If you have are testing the outlook application on one system create a firewall rule and give full access to the internet and keep the rule on TOP.
Check the same IMAP setting is working at your home or not.

IMAP is only a receiving application. You will more than likely find it is using HTTPS rather tham IMAPS. Check your port in the firewall is set for 993 and/or 143.
Are you using the mail scanning, if so you will need to install the XG CA.

Thanks for the reply! Im am not using email scanning per se but do have policies and settings under email options. It appears to be working since email to legacy mode or it may have just been a fluke. I'm working on understanding the rules/polices and email settings.
Of course this community is awesome but can recommend an online resource that I can read to learn more about configuring the XG?
