LAN Interface not negotiating 1000FD

Hi all

My LAN port does not negotiate anything more than 100FD.

If I force the LAN port to 1000fd, the port goes dead.

I have connected the Firewall to a Switch that supports 1000fd and other devices negotiate 1000fd without any problems.

Looking for some advise to resole my 100fd LAN limit

Ps is the 100Fd a limit on the home edition of XG ?

    Hi,

    what is 100fd? Are you talking about full duplex? XG home has the same interface abilities as the commercial version.
    what are the settings on the XG? What model interface card are you using?

    Yes 1000fd is 1gig Full duplex.

    The XG is set to Auto Negotiate on the interface and even if i force it 1000 full duplex from the console, then the network port goes dead.

    Command used to try and force to 1000fd is as follows "set network interface-speed Port1 speed 1000fd"

    I am using Intel Gigabit CT PCI-E Network Adapter EXPI9301CTBLK
