Unable to Connect Sophos VPN in China

Hi Members,

  Our user who is currently working in Bejing China faces a Sophos VPN issue (see image below).

  I suspect China ISP block it. Is there a way to bypass it?
  Please advise.

    Hello!

    I recommend you to contact Sophos Support for this and open a support case.

    OpenVPN is indeed banned in China territory, and blocked through DPI; Depending on the scenario you need approval by the government in order to establish a VPN to outside of China.
