we don't use proxy

When we get an error, we cannot access via SSH.

Are you 100% sure, there is no external Proxy in your network? Could you check on your Windows Client, if there are proxy configuration setup?

Plug a spare pc, not part of your ad into the port on the XG, then try to connect.
