we don't use proxy
The second entry implies the proxy is failing.
So what hardware are you running? What browsers have you tried to access the XG with?
Next thing is to raise a support case through the support portal.
When we get an error, we cannot access via SSH.
Are you 100% sure, there is no external Proxy in your network? Could you check on your Windows Client, if there are proxy configuration setup?
