Email QUEUED

All Notifications from XG Firewall (18.0.5) and Email Tests are being QUEUED. I'm attempting to set up sending using an External email server.

Message: Email has been accepted by Device and queued for scanning

    Sophos XG only supports the following authentication methods to authenticate against Microsoft Office 365.

    • PLAIN
    • Digest MD5
    • CRAM MD5 

    Ensure that one of these authentication methods is configured at the server end.

    You may try setting up mail server with the below settings:

    Mail server IPv4 address/FQDN - Port: smtp.office365.com - 587
    Connection security: STARTTLS
