Drivers for XGS Micro USB - RJ45 cable (virtual COM port)

Hello!

When I was try trying to connect XGS to my computer (Win10) over micro USB cable unknown hardware was found. Surprisingly I could not found any details about this driver on Sophos pages, so I downloaded from FTDI site: https://ftdichip.com/drivers/d2xx-drivers/ and run it. Unknown hardware was then succesfully installed as virtual COM3 and žiwas able to connect XGS with Putty.  https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000035769?language=en_US

    I have followed this and installed the latest drivers (CDM212362_Setup) but get USB Device Not Recognised. Device manager shows Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed). Is there a fix for this? I am trying to connect to an XG 135W from a windows 10 (21H1 build 19043.1052) laptop
