I have followed this and installed the latest drivers (CDM212362_Setup) but get USB Device Not Recognised. Device manager shows Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed). Is there a fix for this? I am trying to connect to an XG 135W from a windows 10 (21H1 build 19043.1052) laptop

This Guide only explain it for XGS Hardware, not XG. XG uses a different driver.

Did you try the Win10 extra driver setup? Under Windows Updates, there is a optional driver installation. 

Yes. it does not find any optional updates/drivers

Is there a link to manually install the driver as Windows Update does not find it?
