SIP Registration issue from local server to cloud server.

Please raise a help ticket in sophos we are not able to connect sip from local server to cloud server through sophos firewall.

    why don't you create a ticket or ask your reseller/partner to raise a ticket in the support portal. The users in these forums can assist but not create your ticket.

    Were you able to connect to the SIP provider or is this just a new issue?

    Hav you created a firewall rule to allow your SIP traffic out?

    To create tickets with Support as mentioned by rfcat_vk, please ask your reseller/partner to use the Support Portal, or you can log one ticket by yourself using this link https://support.sophos.com/support/s/?language=en_US 

    When opening the ticket please provide more details about the issue you are facing, if this is a new setup, was working before, what are you seeing in the live logs, what troubleshooting steps have you followed, take a look at this RR for some best practices to follow when opening a ticket!
