Problems to configure High availability

Question

Hi! i have 2 Sophos SG230 whit SFOS 18.0.3 MR-3. 
 I configure high availability in active-pasive mode, whit the same key in the 2 firewalls. I configure the second firewall in auxiliary and conects all cables to firewalls. 
 
 When initiate ha, the primary firewalls show " HA could not be enabled " 
 
 I run this command in advanced shell: cat /log/applog.log | grep "ha:" 
 Nov 26 11:56:49 Validation Failed For Ha interface IP 
 Nov 26 11:56:49 ha: pollenableha: enableha failed 
 
 how i can fix this problem?? Thanx

 Thank you for your cooperation and patience! 
 You were able to resolve this issue by ensuring there are no other interfaces configured on the secondary unit except HA dedicated interface and one LAN port.

After conducting several tests according to h_patel's suggestions, we have found the solution. It is the simplest way, you do not have to complicate with so much. In my case, in the auxiliary I had to erase all the configurations except a lan connection port to access the firewall. Disable all dhcp and also remove wifi. Only with an internal IP and assigning the same synchronization port in the two devices, the ha mode has been enabled the first time.
