Since I upgraded the firmware to version 17.5.14 I'm not able to update users configuration, when I download vpn ssl configuration file its size is 0 kb, I reloaded the aplliance certificate used on the VPN SSL configuration but it dosent solve the problem, I opend a ticket it was closed by sophos automatically with no resolution, no feedback, I called on the phone I waited on the toll for 30 minutes after that when I spoke to sophos representative I told him the issue he stoped answering,
I'm really deceived of such behaviour from an international security companie,
