Upgrade from 18 MR1 to MR3 doesn't work

Question

I followed the article below and could upload the new firmware:

 After clicking on Boot firmware image all sessions were closed but not reboot or firmware switch happened.

Hello there, 
 v18 are still in Soft release, which is why it is not showing still on the portal to download, it will be available after is becomes General Availability. 
 You can download 18.0.3 from the following link: 
 https://community.sophos.com/xg-firewall/b/blog/posts/xg-firewall-v18-mr3
