Upgrade from 18 MR1 to MR3 doesn't work

I followed the article below and could upload the new firmware:

After clicking on Boot firmware image all sessions were closed but not reboot or firmware switch happened.

    So currently the XG is in version 18.0.1? 

    What is the output of the following command, ran from the advanced shell (5>3)

    nvram print && showfw -g

    What XG device are you using?
