Upgrade from 18 MR1 to MR3 doesn't work

So currently the XG is in version 18.0.1? 

What is the output of the following command, ran from the advanced shell (5>3)

nvram print && showfw -g

What XG device are you using?

Why is only SFOS 17.5.14 available for download in the license portal under Hardware Installers for XG?

v18 are still in Soft release, which is why it is not showing still on the portal to download, it will be available after is becomes General Availability.
