We are still awaiting an update on the issue from Sophos end.

We have received the attached mails from the Sophos team. Kindly let us know what is the status of the issue, CP logs and observations were shared (refer trail nail)  but still no resolution or update from anyone as what is the status and next step.

Just to update on this case.

The Case ID 9993641 was migrated to our new system and it is now 03026349.

It looks like the engineer is still waiting for your response on the inputs from the other firewall, so please ask the other end to provide you with an update. It seems like in the last session the logs said that there is no Proposal Chosen when the tunnel is forming.

If you require a conference call for this so we can work with the other Firewall provider, please let us know 24hrs in advance and provide 2 windows of 1hr for the callback.
