I have received call from Sophos team that NO engineer is available and once engineer is available they will call back. We had given/shared time window still Sophos are not supporting.

It seems that this thread is better suited for the XG product forums. Please subscribe to that forum so that this thread can be moved there. Regarding the support case, I have flagged this to the support management and we apologize for the inconvenience. I will follow up with the engineer as well and ensure that the case is actioned upon at the earliest.

We are still awaiting an update on the issue from Sophos end.
We have received the attached mails from the Sophos team. Kindly let us know what is the status of the issue, CP logs and observations were shared (refer trail nail) but still no resolution or update from anyone as what is the status and next step.
