Hi
For the last 3 days our XG in MTA mode most outbound emails get stuck in queue and end up 'failure'.
Some get processed hours later, some not. If I manually click 'retry' the stucked emails are sent.
This XG has been running for months with no email problems at all.
I have opened a high severity ticket at Sophos but nothing has come from them so far.
Basically I have to monitor the queue 24/7 to make sure our mails are going out.
Any tips ? Thanks!
